This is a very creative and healthy idea for a quick breakfast, in the recipe I use Chard leaves but you can use any green leaf you want such as kale, and romaine leaves.
1 large Swiss chard, collard, kale, or romaine lettuce leaf
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp agave nectar
First, cut the thickest part of the stem of your leaf and spread the crease of the leaf with the almond butter and agave nectar.
Cut the banana in half and place it in the middle of the leaf and wrap it up nearly from right to left.
Slice into 4-5 pieces and voila!
