Raspberry S'mores
Ingredients

2/3 container granulated sugar

1 2-inch piece new ginger

4 pounds ready white peaches

juice of 1 lemon (around 1/4 container)

4 scoops vanilla frozen yogurt

Directions

Fill a dish midway with ice water. In a little pot, over medium high temperature, break down the sugar in 2 mugs of water. Include the ginger, heat to the point of boiling, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Evacuate and dispose of the ginger. Include a large portion of the peaches and cook for 2 minutes. Rehash with the remaining peaches.

Put the syrup into a dish to cool. Place the peaches and lemon squeeze in a dish and, utilizing your hands, pulverize the soil grown foods. Spoon the mash into a strainer put over a vessel, then press it with the once again of a spoon to concentrate the juice. Mix in the syrup and refrigerate for no less than 1 hour.
