2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
1 to 2 cups fresh or frozen mango chunks
½ to 1 cup light coconut milk
a few big handfuls fresh baby spinach
a little honey or agave syrup, optional
Place all the fruits into a high speed blender. Puree until smooth.
Add in the spinach and ice.
Put enough coconut milk to make a smooth puree.
