Oven chips and Burger


1 pound new potatoes, cut 1/8 inch thick

2 tablespoons olive oil

fit salt and pepper

1 pound ground hamburger

4 ground sirloin sandwich buns

1/4 glass mayonnaise

1 pickle, cut

1 little head margarine lettuce

1 beefsteak tomato, cut


Hotness broiler to 400° F.

In a vessel, throw the potatoes and oil. Spread on a heating sheet and meal, blending at times, until fresh, around 30 minutes. Sprinkle with ¼ teaspoon salt.

Then, warm a barbecue or flame broil skillet to medium.

Shape the meat into four 1-inch-thick patties. Season with ½ teaspoon each one salt and pepper. Cook to coveted doneness, around 3 minutes every side for medium.

Exchange the patties to buns and top with the mayonnaise, pickle, lettuce, and tomato. Present with the chips
