1 large Mango
1/2 cup Lemon Juice (about 2 lemons)
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups Water
Make a basic syrup by warming 1/2 container water and the sugar until the sugar is disintegrated. Permit to cool.
Peel and puree the mango.
Include mango puree, lemon squeeze, syrup and water to pitcher and blend well.
Serve over ice.
