Delicious cranberry smoothie to support your immune system
1 cup water
1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
1 apple, cored and diced
1/2 lemon, peeled and seeded
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
A little honey, maple syrup, or stevia to sweeten (optional)
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blackberries
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/4 cup coconut flakes or shreds
Anything you have on hand that will boost the nutrition 🙂
Place all the ingredients into your high speed blender.
Blend on high until the desired consistency is reached, usually around for 30-45 seconds.
