Five-Layer Veggie (and Ham) Sandwich
Ingredients

2 carrots, ground

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons crisp lemon juice

dark pepper

3/4 glass cleaved emptied giardiniera (blended cured vegetables)

1/4 glass olive tapenade

6 ounces cut ham or simmered turkey (or a mixof both)

4 ounces cut provolone

1 tomato, cut

1 cucumber, meagerly cut

1 bundle arugula

4 delicate entire grain rolls, divided

Directions

Join the carrots, oil, lemon juice, and ΒΌ teaspoon pepper in a medium dish.

Partition the carrots, giardiniera, tapenade, ham or turkey, provolone, tomato, cucumber, and arugula among the rolls
