Tomato and Shallot Salad Recipe
6 shallots
1 mug lemon juice
4 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 mug olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dark pepper
7 tomatoes
Directions
In a dish, consolidate the shallots, lemon juice, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
Cut the tomatoes and orchestrate on serving plates or a platter. Serve!
