Tomato and Mozzarella Tart Recipe

Ingredients

generally useful flour, for the work surface

1/2 sheet puff cake (1/4 of a 17.3-ounce bundle)

1 container grape or cherry tomatoes (split if substantial)

4 ounces ground mozzarella (1 container)

1 tablespoon olive oil

legitimate salt and dark pepper

Directions

High temperature stove to 425° F. On a daintily floured surface, move the puff cake into a 9-by-6-inch rectangle. Put on a material lined heating sheet and refrigerate until firm, at slightest 30 minutes.

Prick the puff baked good done with a fork and top with the tomatoes and mozzarella. Sprinkle with the oil and season with ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Heat until brilliant tan and cooked through, 20 to 25 minutes. Cut into pieces before servi
