Sweet Potato Fries Recipe
Ingredients:
4 sweet washed, cleaned and dried potato
7-8 tablespoon of cooking oil
1-2 tablespoon of cornstarch
3-3½ teaspoon of salt
3-3½ teaspoon of black pepper
3 teaspoons of garlic
Directions how to do:
Prepare the oven by preheating it to 350 degree Fahrenheit. Line it up by two treat sheets with silicone setting a mat or foil, gently spattered.
Slash the potato in to half, then slash it again in to quarters, then slash it into fries equal in length and sizes as possible.. In a plastic sealed sack, add up the fries and cornstarch then shudder them both for about 2 minutes until the fries are totally covered. Add a little bit of oil in the sack and shudder it once again, protecting the bigger part of the fries.
