Sushi Trifle Salad

INGREDIENTS

2 cup cooked sushi rice
½ cup cooked salmon pieces
2 sheets Nori, crumbled
1 cucumber diced
1 avocado cubed
– sesame seeds
½ cup wasabi sauce
½ cup soy sauce

 

DIRECTIONS

Place cooked sushi rice in a trifle bowl.

Sprinkle nori pieces over the rice.

Arrange pieces of cucumber on top of the nori.

Place avocado pieces over the cucumber.

Put the salmon over the avocado.

Mix together the wasabi sauce and soy sauce then pour over the salmon.

Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.
