Strawberry Jam Recipe
3 cups sweet strawberries
3 Tbsp lemon juice
1 cup sugar
1. Place the strawberries, lemon juice, and sugar in a large safe bowl and let sit for one hour for the ingredients to soften.
2. Cook the strawberries in a pot and stir well for 15 minutes until all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
3. Pour the hot jam into a sealed jar. Let cool to room temperature before storing it in the refrigerator.
You can also add vanilla or orange zest, depending on your taste. Enjoy!
