Skittles Meringues Recipe

Ingredients:

3 large egg whites

1/4 cup sugar

skittle candies

 

Directions

Using an electric mixer, beat 2 large egg whites frothy, add sugar until stiff peaks are formed.

Drop dollops of the mixture unto baking sheet. Top each with 3 Skittles candies. Bake at 250º F .
