Sesame Green Beans Recipe
1 lb. fresh green beans, cleaned and sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce / salt
1/2 tablespoon miso paste
1/2 teaspoon pepper flakes
4 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root
3 tbsp sesame seeds
Steam the green beans for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and put beans to a serving bowl.
In a separate small bowl, mix together the soy sauce or salt ( depending on your taste) ,miso paste, pepper flakes, garlic and ginger. Pour over the green beans and toss to coat. Garnish with sesame seeds on top before serving.
