Raw Broccoli Hummus Recipe
This recipe is perfect to profit from the amazing health benefits of broccoli, in a different and creative way, and the perfect way to make your kids eat their veggies! Your body will thank you for the boost of calcium and protein.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of chopped raw broccoli
1 1/2 cups of chopped raw zucchini
1/3 cup raw sesame tahini
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp organic mustard
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cumin
3 tbsp lemon juice
Freshly ground pepper
Directions:
Begin by placing all the veggies into the food processor until they are finely chopped.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend them all till smooth, if you feel the mix is very thick add a thin stream of water and you’re done.
