Potato Salad Recipe
Ingredients
4 pounds red potatoes
6 free range eggs
1 pound bacon
1 onion, sliced
Directions
Prepare water and add salt and bring to boil. Add potatoes and let it simmer for 15 minutes until tender. Let it cool after.
Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Cook in a medium heat and let it boil. Put aside.
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet and cook. Set aside
Chop the cooled potatoes and add to a large bowl, adde eggs, bacon, and onion. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. Chill for an hour before serving.
