Pork Chops with Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients:
- 8 pork chops
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 pinch garlic salt, or to taste
- 2 chopped onion
- 1 pound fresh sliced mushrooms
- 2 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Directions:
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste.
- In a large pan, brown the chops over medium to high heat. Add the onion and mushrooms, and cook for one minute.
- Pour cream of mushroom soup over chops. Cover the pan, and reduce temperature to medium-low.
- Simmer 20 to 30 minutes, or until chops are cooked through.
- Aluminum foil can be used to keep food moist, cook it evenly, and make clean-up easier.
