Pork Chops with Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 8 pork chops
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 pinch garlic salt, or to taste
  • 2 chopped onion
  • 1 pound fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 2 can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Directions:

  1. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste.
  2. In a large pan, brown the chops over medium to high heat. Add the onion and mushrooms, and cook for one minute.
  3. Pour cream of mushroom soup over chops. Cover the pan, and reduce temperature to medium-low.
  4. Simmer 20 to 30 minutes, or until chops are cooked through.

 

  • Aluminum foil can be used to keep food moist, cook it evenly, and make clean-up easier.
