Plum & Thyme Iced Tea
2 tea packs
2 tablespoons nectar
2 plums, cut
8 sprigs crisp thyme
Directions
In an expansive pot, heat 3 mugs water to the point of boiling. Expel from hotness, include the tea packs, and let steep for 10 minutes. Toss the packs and permit the tea to cool to room temperature.
Blend in the nectar, plums, and thyme. Exchange to a pitcher and refrigerate until cool, around 1/2 hours. Serve over ice.
For a moment mixed drink: Stir in 1/2 glass whiskey before serving.
