Orange Honey Cream Recipe
Ingredients
2 cup cream
2 can full cream milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp sugar
2 orange
8 free range eggs
instructions
in a pan place the cream, the milk and the seeds scratched out from vanilla and add the vacant unit in the pot. Slowly bring the bubble – just prior to bubbling over –take off from the top of the stove.
in a container mix the egg yolks and sugar and mix them well together. allow the vanilla milk mixture to cool down for a while before placing it into the eggs and sugar – mix at the same time including the vanilla milk. Place it into the pot one more time and slowly raise the temperature while mixing, then get the vanilla case.
Slice and open the orange and squeeze it over the pot and taste it a bit. keep squeezing the orange until desired taste is achieved then put it in a tea containers
put the containers in a dish and put it in a bubbling water midway up the exterior of the mug and put it in the broiler of into 320 degree Fahrenheit
heat it for 10 – 20 min and take it off from the broiler until that there is a layer on the top of the mixture when you tilt the custard -it moves a bit from underneath the thick milk. Allow it to cool then put it in the ice chest for at least 90 minutes
it can be kept in the fridge 3-4 days . Take it out and sprinkle castor sugar on top or place it under the burning broil of the stove butter be CAREFULLy as it’ll blaze.
