Lemon Cheesecake Pie Recipe

Ingredients

8oz  cream cheese

2 cups  sugar

3 large eggs

1/4 cup lime juice

vanilla

salt

pie crust

 

Directions

Preheat oven to 300° F.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lime, vanilla concentrate, and salt until smooth.

Pour into the prepared pie crust.  Bake in the oven 1 hour.

Let it cool overnight. Top with lemon and serve.
