Kale Salad Recipe
1/2 kl of fresh kale , stems removed and cleansed
1 cup of raisins
squeeze of 2 lemons
2 tbsp of vegetable oil
1 tsp organic honey / or sugar ( to taste)
1 cup pineapple chunks
salt and pepper to taste
8 tbsp of parmesan cheese, set aside
Instructions:
Prepare ingredients, fresh kale and cook in a food processor.
Meanwhile, mix the ingredients, raisins, honey, pepper, salt and oil in a small bowl. Set aside.
Once kale is cooked, prepare another bowl and mix them together. Add pineapple chunks and other ingredients, stir them together.
Serve and enjoy!
