Healthy Cucumber Rolls Recipe
Ingredients
1 cucumber
1 egg
120gms. shrimps
3 tablespoons cream cheddar
1 little pack parsley
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dark pepper
Directions
Mince the egg and shrimps.
Consolidate them with cream cheddar in a little bowl.
Include parsley, salt and pepper. Blend well and put aside.
Cut the cucumber daintily longwise.
Painstakingly move up every cucumber cut and fix with a toothpick.
Fill each cucumber move with cheddar/shrimps stuffing.
Serve cucumber rolls promptly.
