Halibut Skillet Potatoes Recipe
4 6-ounce halibut filets
1 glass dry white wine
4 tablespoons olive oil
fit salt and dark pepper
4 ounces green olives, set
4 sprigs crisp rosemary
2 cloves garlic, meagerly cut
1 pound red potatoes, meagerly cut into 1/4-inch-thick adjusts
Directions
Hotness stove to 375° F. Place the halibut in a 9-inch square preparing dish.
Spill the wine over the fish, shower with 1 tablespoon of the oil, and season with ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Scramble the olives, rosemary, and garlic over top.
Prepare until the fish is the same shade all through and pieces effortlessly, around 15 minutes.
