Greek Melt
Ingredients

2 cups cherry tomatoes

4 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp salt

8 oz cheddar

1 cup plain yogurt

3 cloves garlic

1 teaspoon red pepper

12 oz. spinach

4 pitas
Directions

High temperature stove to 400º F. Throw the tomatoes with oil and salt. Heat until mellowed, around 10 minutes.

Whisk together the Feta, yogurt, and salt. Put aside.

Fry the garlic and red pepper until the garlic is mellowed and brilliant,  2 minutes.

Include the spinach and salt. Cook, throwing sporadically, until the spinach is shriveled for 4 minutes.

Brush both sides of the pitas with oil, Put in a dish and serve!
