Gluten-Free Mac and Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
4 tablespoon of unsalted butter
1 glass without gluten rice cereal
5 oz of Parmesan
3 yellow onions
3 tablespoon of potato starch
3 glasses of entire warmed milk 2 pounds of cheddar 2 punds
salt and ground pepper
Directions
Heat the broiler to 350 degrees Fahrenheit . distribute the 2-quart heating dish. Microwave the 1 tablespoon of spread until it melts. In a large pan, melt the butter on the pan. Add onion and cook. Place with the potato starch and cook for 1-2 minutes. Slowly pour in the milk and cook, always stir, until it is thickened… Keep on stirring for 3 minutes. Take it out from the hotness and take part with the cheddar in it and the mustard as well until when it is smooth already; add salt and pepper to season it. Include pasta and mix to seal; transfer it to a preparing dish. Place it with cereal mixture and cook it for 20 minutes until when the sauce is bubbling and the mixture is cooked already..
