Garlicky Grilled Tilapia With Couscous Recipe
2 tablespoons crisp lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic
Salt and dark pepper
4 6-ounce tilapia filets, part the long way
1 glass couscous
1 tablespoon slashed crisp level leaf parsley
2 tablespoons slashed sun-dried tomatoes
Directions
In a medium vessel, join the lemon juice, oil, garlic, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Add the tilapia and throw to layer. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
