Garlic Longganisa Recipe
GARLIC LONGGANISA
1/2 kg lean pork meat, minced
2 garlic, crushed
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
kosher salt to taste
1 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes
sausage casing
Combine all ingredients except the casing and let stand for 1-4 hours.
Put the mixed ingredients in the sausage casing with mixture.
Twist and tie ends of casing.
Put sausages in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. Best kept in the freezer.
To cook the longganisa, you can fry it or add water about 1/2 cup in the skillet and let the oil itself fry it.
