Fresh Cherry Smoothies

 

INGREDIENTS:

3 cups pitted cherries (fresh or frozen)
1-2 cups ice
1 cup Greek or dairy free yogurt
1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
1/8 tsp almond extract

 

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients into a blender and give it a whirl until it’s well blended. Enjoy!
