Flourless German Chocolate Cake Cookies

Ingredients

3 measures confectioners’ sugar

1 glass unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 teaspoon fine salt

2 glasses coarsely cleaved pecans

3 expansive egg whites, at room temperature

2 tablespoons sweetened dense milk

2 teaspoons unadulterated vanilla concentrate

1/2 containers sweetened coconut

3/4 container semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

Hotness broiler to 325° F with the racks in the upper and lower thirds.

Whisk together the confectioners’ sugar, cocoa powder, and salt in a medium dish. Include the slashed pecans, egg whites, dense milk, and vanilla concentrate and blend until recently joined. Overlap in the coconut and chocolate chips.

Drop 2 storing tablespoonfuls of the mixture 2 inches separated onto the arranged heating sheets.

Heat, in clusters, pivoting the heating sheets midway through, until firm around the edges, 18 to 22 minutes. Cool marginally on the heating sheets, then serve warm or exchange to a wire rack to cool totally.
