Creamy Dill Potato Salad Recipe
Ingredients
3 pounds new potatoes, split
1/2 container sharp cream
1/3 container mayonnaise
1/4 container new dill, slashed
2 tablespoons lemon juice
6 scallions, daintily cut
legitimate salt and dark pepper
Directions
Fill an extensive pot with 1 inch of water and fit with a steamer wicker container. Steam the potatoes until delicate, 15 to 18 minutes; let cool.
Throw the potatoes with the sharp cream, mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, scallions, 1 teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon pepper. Refrigerate for up to 8 hours
