Creamed Corn

Ingredients

13 ears crisp corn, husked

1/4 to 1/2 glass overwhelming cream

1 tablespoon unsalted margarine

1/2 teaspoon table salt

1/8 teaspoon naturally ground dark pepper

Minced chives

Preparation

Sliced parts from cobs to yield 6 containers; dispose of cobs. Cook bits in a little Dutch broiler over low high temperature, mixing frequently, around 30 minutes or until corn is delicate. Blend in cream and margarine, and cook, blending at times, around 5 minutes or until mixture scopes coveted consistency. Blend in salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chives, if wanted.
