Cottage Cheese Fluff Recipe
Ingredients:
3 cups cottage cheese, preferrably low-fat
2 (0.3 ounces) packages lemon flavored gelatin mix, preferrably sugar-free
8 ounce lite frozen whipped topping, thawed
Directions:
Cream the cottage cheese in a food processor until its well blended.
Add in the flavored gelatin mix.
Finally, fold the whipped topping into the mixture.
Keep it in the fridge until serving time.
