Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
For the crust
4 1/2 cups crushed cookies of choice
1/2 cup butter, melted
For the filling
3 cups peanut butter
2 packs of cheese, softened
3 cups of confectioner sugar
2 cups of cocoa powder
2 cups whipped cream ( powdered or spread)
Directions:
For the crust:
Blend together cookie crumbs and butter in a bowl.
Press the crust into a 9-inch pie pan and bake for 7 minutes on 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Completely cool your pie crust and store it in the freezer while you prepare the filling.
For the filling:
Using an electric mixer, beat the peanut butter with the cheese until the mixture is smooth.
Mix in powdered sugar and cocoa powder.
Carefully incorporate whipped cream into the mixture.
Transfer filling into the pie crust and let it chill for at least 30 minutes.
