Chicken Congee Recipe
Ingredients:
2 mug of long grain rice
10 mugs water
Chicken
Salt
Directions:
In a pot, wash the rice enough with a luke warm water to envelop the rice. This will take off a portion of the starch
Add water on it and the bones from a chicken. Heat to boil and Turn the hotness down to low and scatter it with the top tilted to allow a part of the steam out.
The rice will be thicken to a porridge mixture. If gets too thick and sticky, you may add water on it and add taste on it as you desire.
decorated it with soy sauce, sesame seed oil, diced scallions, and pepper.
