Chewy Gingersnap Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
3 measures flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 teaspoon ginger
1 mug margarine
1 mugĀ sugar
3 egg
Directions:
put altogether the dry fixings (flour, heating pop, salt, cinnamon, and ginger) and set it aside for a while.
add the margarine, the tan sugar, the molasses, and the egg to another bowl, and mix it all by using a blender until it is smooth.
take part the dry fixings while mixing it until when it is completely blended.
let the batter cool for 25-30 minutes and at the same time heating the oven to 325 degrees fahrenheit .make a dough into 3/4″ balls, press them by using the palm of your hands. Roll them on the granulated sugar and lay them over on a baking sheet. give spaces enough for them to grow.
Cook them for 10 minutes.
