Charred Eggplant with Miso Dressing
Ingredients
1/3 mug mayonnaise
2 tablespoons white miso
1 tablespoon crisp lime juice
1/8 teaspoon crisply ground dark pepper
2 vast eggplants (around 2 lb.)
1/4 mug olive oil
1/4 mug torn new cilantro clears out
Preparation
1. Preheat barbecue to 350° to 400° (medium-high) warm. Mix together initial 4 fixings in a little bowl.
2. Cut eggplants longwise into 3/4-inch-thick cuts. Brush each one cut with olive oil, and sprinkle with coveted measure of salt and pepper.
3. Flame broil eggplant cuts, without barbecue cover, 5 minutes on each one side or until somewhat singed and delicate. Organize on a serving platter, and sprinkle with craved measure of miso dressing; top with cilantro. Serve quickly with staying dressin
