Carrot & Vegetable Soup Recipe
A super delicious and very healthy soup that is surprisingly easy to make.
The combination of carrots and ginger results to something that is packed with so much nutrients its perfect for those recovering from a flu.
Ingredients
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 green onions, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, sliced
1/2 cup of fresh ginger root, cleaned
10 carrots, cleaned and sliced
10 cups vegetable chicken flavored
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Over medium heat and using the vegetable oil, green onion, garlic,and ginger. Low heat the pan and slowly cook onions.
Boil carrots and the vegetables and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes and remove from heat.
Allow the soup to cool down for 3 minutes. Pour the soup in a small bowl, top it with pepper or your own desired toppings to taste and serve
