Cabernet Chocolate Sauce Recipe
½ container granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. pondering flavors wrapped and tied in cheesecloth
½ container dutch process cocoa
½ measure light corn syrup
2 oz. 70% pure cacao
Directions
Consolidate the wine and sugar into a little pot. Mix to consolidate. Include the reflecting flavors and hotness over medium high temperature and bring to a stew. Stew for 5 minutes. Evacuate the reflecting flavors. Include the cocoa and corn syrup and rush until the mixture is smooth and stew for 2 minutes. Expel from the high temperature and mix in the chocolate. Let cool. If not utilizing immediately, refrigerate for up to14 days.
