Buko Pandan Salad Recipe
3 mugs coconut
2 sweetened milk
2 cream
2 Nata de coco
2 Kaong
gulaman
5 drops pandan
For the Gulaman
5 glasses youthful coconut juice
3 bars green agar-agar
2 small cup sugar
5 drops pandan separate
Ways to do it….
In a large container, combine the youthful destroyed coconut, nata de coco, kaong, gulaman, table cream and dense milk. Mix it and add 5 drops pandan concentrate and mix it to distribute the flavor and color. Let it cool for 120 hours.
For the Gulaman
By using a pot, take in the agar coconut juice for 30 minutes. Heat it to boil in a medium high hotness and cook it, mixing it frequently, until when the agar is being dissolved totally.
Add up a sugar and mix it to break up into a small parts. then Keep on cooking for 15 minutes until agar is totally melted. include pandan concentrate and mix it to join.
Take it off from the hotness. Place it into a level dish and allow it to cool until when the agar is settled and hardened. Slice it into ½-inch blocks
