Avocado Kale Superfood Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana, chopped in small chunks
1/2 cup blueberry yogurt
1 cup kale (or spinach) leaves, chopped
1/2 ripe avocado
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
Directions:
Put together the banana, blueberry yogurt, kale/spinach, avocado and almond milk in a blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth.
