Artichoke Lemon Dip

Ingredients
1 can of artichoke
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 packed, grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon fresh black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
3 to 4 Tbsp lemon juice
Method

1. Put the drained artichoke, parsley, Parmesan, garlic, and salt and pepper in a food processor. Mix until paste form. Set aside

2. Place the cream cheese in a medium sized bowl and add the mixture andlemon juice mix well. Add salt, pepper depending on your taste. Garnish with a few fresh leaves of parsley before serving.
