Special Congee Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup of rice
10 cups clean water
Chicken or chicken cubes
Salt
Directions:
Cook the rice in a large pot with 10 cups of water in it and cover.
Include water and chicken or chicken cubes. Warm on high until mixture reaches boiling point. Turn temperature down to low and spread with the top tilted to let a percentage of the steam escape.
Stew blending every so often for 2 hours. The rice will thicken to a velvety porridge consistency. On the off chance that it gets to be excessively thick for your loving, include water in like manner. Season with salt.
