Chewy Chocolate Fudge Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
12 oz semisweet chocolate
1/2 cup melted butter
4 large Eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup walnuts
6 oz chocolate chips
1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Melt 12 oz of chocolate using the double boiler or a microwave.Let it cool a little.
Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla using an electric mixer set on medium speed for around 5 minutes until it turns a bit frothy and a pale color.
Mix in the melted chocolate and then carefully stir the flour and baking powder into the mixture.
Gently fold in the chopped nuts and chocolate chips and let it chill for 20 minutes or until the dough firms.
With a large scoop, drop the dough into baking sheet lined with wax paper. Let the scooped dough chill for at least 3 hours before the cooking process.
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. You can top them with the extra cup of chocolate chips before baking or after it’s done.
Bake the fudge cookies for 16 minutes, on the dot. Take it out from the oven and put it in the fridge for better result.
