Vegan Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
4 tablespoons white sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 cups of water
vegetable oil
Directions
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and kosher salt into a large bowl. Set aside.
Stir the water and oil in a small bowl. Stir until mixture will be soft.
Prepare large pan with oil in a medium heat. Drop batter and cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry. Flip, and cook until browned on the other side.
Serve and enjoy!
