Kale cheese frittata

Ingredients:

 

5 entire large eggs

 

8 oz of goat cheddar

 

3 mugs of crisp kale

 

Directions:

 

Heat the broiler to 350 degree fahrenheit.

 

In a large mixing bowl, gather all the ingredients together but except for the tomatoes, goat cheddar and kale.  Using a large spatula, mix all the ingredients. Put all the mixed ingredients in the cast press and arrange the kale with the tomatoes imitate by the goat cheddar on the egg mixture.

 

Set in your heated stove for 45 minutes.
