Lemon Tart Recipe
115 g butter
30 g confectioners’ sugar
200 g white sugar
2 eggs
15 g all-purpose flour
45 ml fresh lemon juice
2 g salt
20 g confectioners’ sugar
Directions
Preheat oven 350 degrees F and prepare ingredients.
Mix butter with sugar in a bowl and blend well and add 15g flour. Press dough into the baking pan and bake until slightly golden brown, for 15 minutes.
Blend white sugar and eggs in a bow and add lemon juice and salt. Blend ingredients thoroughly. Pour the mixture into bake crust.
Bake for about 30 minutes. Let cool and garnish with granulated sugar before serving ( optional).
