Cherry Cheese Pie
2 blind-baked pie shell
10 ounces cream cheese
3 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 can cherry pie filling
mix the cream cheese in a huge mixing bowl until when it is light and fluffy. In the huge bowl of a mixer with the mixer attached, mix the whip cream at meduim speed until when its soft peaks very obvious. gradually add the powdered sugar with the vanilla, and increase the speed to high. mix it until when the stiff peaks form, for about 30 seconds more.
gently fold the whip cream in to the cream cheese until when it is thoroughly consolidated. spill it into the cooled pie crust, and smoothen the top up with a spoon. place it inside the Refrigerator for 60 minutes. decorate the pie with cooled pie filling and place it back to the refrigerator to cool it for 60 minutes more before serving.
