Strawberry Frozen Yogurt
Ingredients:
450gm frozen strawberries
250gm hung yogurt ( must be 2-3 days in the fridge for better result )
170gm vanilla sugar , depending on your taste
1 tbsp kirsch
Method:
Place all ingredients in the bowl of your mixer and mix on a high speed for 1 minute at a time, while stirring a spatula. Repeat 3-4 times until well blended. Adjust sugar if required and blend for another 30 seconds. Transfer to a freezer safe container. Serve immediately or freeze until required.
