Sweet and Spicy Chicken Bites Recipe
Ingredients
4 cups almond flour
A pinch of sea salt
¼ tbsp pepper
4 large eggs
3 lb chicken breast
¾ cup honey
7 tbsp hot sauce ( i love mother’s best hot sauce )
½ tbsp garlic powder
Instructions
Warm the oven to 425 degrees and start lining a baking sheet with a parchment paper and then set aside
Combine almond flour, salt and pepper into a bowl and also place the eggs in another bowl with a little water and mix them.
Dip the chicken breast, one by one into the flour thrice. Lay the chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet and start baking the chicken for 20-25 minutes, or until it is crispy and golden brown.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. In a frying pan on a medium heat mix honey, hot sauce and garlic powder then boil and set it aside.
Once the chicken is booked, remove it from the oven and dip each chicken tenders in the sauce, and then put it back on the baking sheet. Save an extra sauce.
Put the chicken back in the oven for 5 minutes for the glaze to caramelize slightly. Move out the chicken from the oven and put the extra sauce set aside into the chicken. Meal is ready!
