Baked Tofu Recipe

Baked Tofu
Ingredients

 

 

2 lbs.  tofu

2 cups real orange juice

4 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tablespoon sesame oil

3 tablespoons soy sauce or 1 tbsp salt

3 tablespoon  honey

2 tbsp organic vinegar

 

Instructions

 

1. Slice open the package of tofu and drain the water. Press the tofu and take out moisture as much  as possible.

 

2. Meanwhile, mix the the rest of the ingredients mentioned above in a separate large bowl, to make a marinade. Prepare the aluminum foil and place in the baking pan. Place the tofu slices in a single layer in the dish, pour marinade over the dish.

 

Bake uncovered at 450°F for 30-50 minutes, or until marinade is evaporated mostly.

Put on a plate, garnish it depending on your taste.

5. Once it is finished. Serve it with your friends!
